    Three steps

    1. Make a video

Any length, any style, as long as the word “Um” is in there somewhere. Make it yours.

    2. Post and tag us

Post it to Instagram and tag @um_internet using the Tag people field. Add #UmItsInternet too.

    3. That's it

We watch them all and pick our favourite after 30 September 2026. We'll contact the winner via Instagram or TikTok.

Two things that decide whether we see your entry

    • Use the Tag people field, not just an @mention in your caption. Only a proper tag puts your post in our Tagged tab, and that tab is our entry list. Caption mentions fire one notification and get buried.
    • Keep your account public until the competition closes. If it's private we can't see your video, so we can't judge it.

Add #UmItsInternet as a backup. If a tag goes missing, that's how we find you.

Keep it about the vibe, not the broadband

    • No claims about our speeds, prices, or coverage. Even the flattering ones.
    • No naming or comparing other providers. Not even the one that had you on hold for 40 minutes.

We reshare what gets tagged, so anything your video says about the service reads as us saying it. That is the only reason these exist. Everything else is fair game.

    What you win

One Nintendo Switch 2 console, plus a year of internet on us.

The internet half is $839.50 of Um credit, which is 365 days on our Fibre plan (100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up). One prize, one winner. Full detail in the terms.

    Need internet either way?

You don't have to be with Um to enter. But if you want fibre you can stop and start whenever you like, it's $2.30 a day on Fibre.
